QBS is looking for a DETAILED ORIENTED Administration Manger; Head Quartered in Baltimore, Md.
Copier Industry Experience Recommended
Administration manager who is detail and numeric oriented. This is very critical for this position. They will be responsible for Billing all Equipment leases, Service agreements ,Account for funding of leased invoices, Collections of Account Receivables, Review each Service invoice for accuracy before mailing out daily and matching up with packing slips, proficient with decimal points related to cost per copy billing, Find ways to reduce departmental cost and increase efficiency, Bring in serialized equipment into our E-Automate software inventory, Manage and Track leased machine returns, Contact and get competitive pricing from shipping companies for shipping of equipment nationwide.
