AI Training Specialist
Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, remote Fridays)
We are expanding the use of ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot across the organization and are seeking a temporary AI Training Specialist to accelerate adoption. This role is hands-on, working side by side with departments to help staff integrate AI into daily workflows, drive efficiency, and unlock the full potential of these tools.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with departments to understand workflows and identify opportunities to incorporate ChatGPT and Copilot.
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions tailored to different teams.
- Create practical use cases and best practices that demonstrate real business impact.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support, answering questions and encouraging adoption.
- Track progress and report on usage trends, adoption rates, and new opportunities.
Role Details
- Contract: 3–6 months
- Location: Jersey City office (hybrid: 3–4 days onsite, remote Fridays).
- Engagement: working closely with leadership and departmental teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven expertise with ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI productivity tools.
- Experience in training, facilitation, and change management.
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working across multiple departments.
