We are seeking an APM for our client in Chantilly, VA serving the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area!

Overview:

• Small but mighty team, will work with 2 other PMs

• $70k/yr + Year End Bonus + % of Job on high margin projects! (Negotiable)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction experience (steel preferred)
• Strong work ethic, willingness to work on-site (no remote or hybrid options)
• Strong tenure in previous roles, consistent employment

Job Duties:

• Support senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish.
• Assist with procurement, budgeting, and scheduling tasks to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to track progress and resolve site issues.
