Job Title: Assistant Supervisor – Clinical Laboratory

Location: White Plains, NY

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM with rotating weekends and holidays

Salary: $114,328.50 – $147,088.50 per year

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Supervisor for our Clinical Laboratory. In this role, you will coordinate and review all laboratory activities to ensure the highest quality of testing and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work under the guidance of the Section Supervisor and perform supervisory duties in their absence. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical technology or a related science
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant hospital laboratory experience
• ASCP or NCA Certification preferred
• Current NYS Laboratory License or eligibility required

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily laboratory operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
• Assist in supervising laboratory staff and workflows
• Perform duties of Section Supervisor when absent
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned
