Employment Type: Contract To Perm Industry: Clerical Job Number: 51443082 Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour Job Description Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to work with us in our branch serving the greater Nashville area. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are required . Pay Rate $21.00 per hour Schedules and Hours Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate is able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed). Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed. Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement Counseling employees Listening to and applying constructive criticism Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish required Awesome communication skills Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Ability to think "outside of the box".
