We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand development, positioning, and execution for our growing fashion apparel company. This role oversees brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, supports both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale business channels, and drives initiatives that strengthen brand equity, customer loyalty, and market presence.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with exceptional analytical and project-management skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and refine the brand’s identity, voice, and messaging across DTC and wholesale channels.
  • Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to inform brand direction and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product design and merchandising teams to ensure collections align with brand strategy and consumer insights.

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Lead creation of seasonal and annual brand marketing plans, ensuring consistent storytelling across digital, print, retail, and wholesale assets.
  • Partner with the eCommerce team to optimize DTC marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee marketing materials for wholesale accounts, including lookbooks, line sheets, brand decks, and campaign assets.

Campaign Development & Creative Direction

  • Manage the end-to-end development of brand campaigns, from concept to execution, including photoshoots, creative briefs, and asset delivery.
  • Ensure visual and written content aligns with brand guidelines and supports both consumer-facing and B2B needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Production teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling throughout product lifecycle.
  • Partner with the Sales team to support key wholesale accounts with tailored brand programs and co-marketing initiatives.

Brand Performance & Insights

  • Monitor brand KPIs, including engagement, reach, conversion, and sell-through performance.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to improve future brand initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.

Brand Governance

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms, partners, and internal teams.
  • Review and approve all marketing collateral and packaging for brand accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally in fashion, apparel, or consumer retail.
  • Strong understanding of DTC and wholesale business models and their marketing needs.
  • Proven ability to manage creative campaigns and collaborate with internal and external creative teams.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with marketing KPIs and performance tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience working with fashion product cycles and seasonal launches.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, and project-management platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers, stylists, and brand partners.
