CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver

Average Pay: $1,300 - $1,600 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders

As a dedicated truck driver, you'll be responsible for hauling hardware merchandise in dry van trailers. This role involves:

  • 95% pallet jack unloads, 5% hand unloads.
  • 2 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
  • Driving routes within CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NE, NM, OK, and TX.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

  • Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty but not driving.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

  • $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.

  • Paid orientation.
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire; Schneider's self-paced online certification training will assist you in securing it.
  • Must live within 100 miles of Atchison, KS.
