Complete all Required College Training and Responsible For Maintaining The Skills necessary to complete the essential functions of the position as defined by the department. Coaching Duties: Demonstrate past or current coaching practices/schedules; prepare athletes for competition; recruiting/scouting of future athletes; oversee fundraising efforts; demonstrate communication and supervisory skills to ensure team rules/regulations regarding conduct and eligibility are clearly communicated and followed. Knowledge of gaming and activities associated with the Esports; knowledge of technical aspects and willingness to continue to learn and examine new ideas pertinent to Esports. Model good sportsmanship behavior and maintain appropriate conduct towards opposing team, fans, parents, officials, spectators and community. Help grow and expand Esports program.
