This is a part-time, seasonal roleperfect for those looking to be part of exciting holiday experience while delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanorOperate a credit card-only register to sell popcorn and snacks (no cash handling)Keep snack displays and popcorn stations fully stocked throughout the eventMaintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and behind the standCommunicate with the team via Slack app for real-time updates and coordinationLift and transport up to 50 lbs of inventory and supplies as neededDress in appropriate attire (details will be provided upon hire)Important Details:This role is limited to event days/nights only at The Denver Zoo for Zoo Lights which runs from 11/24/2025 - 01/03/2026The shift is 4:30p - 9:30p. You can work as many (or as little) shifts as you'd like. Shifts will be posted and they are first-come first-serve. Note: You must work any shift you have requested. Failure to show up for a shift will automatically disqualify you from working future shifts and end your seasonal employment. There are no guaranteed hours outside of these scheduled eventsPunctuality and reliability are criticalthese events rely on dependable staffYou must have a smartphone to access shift information and communication via SlackReliable transportation to and from the Zoo is required.
