We’re on the lookout for a meticulous and dependable Construction Accountant to take charge of the financial heartbeat of our dynamic projects. This role will be responsible for managing both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. This role will also handle bank and credit card reconciliations, oversee bill payments and management fees, and address over and under billing with precision. In addition to accounting duties, they will contribute to light human resources functions, helping maintain smooth operations across departments. Requirements :

• Must have 5+ years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
• Must have Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation experience
• Must have Billing experience
• Must have experience with Paylocity
• Human Resources experience is a plus
• Experience in Construction industry is a plus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
