Job Description

We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee high-end custom home projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects, work closely with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure quality craftsmanship at every stage.

Core Experience & Expertise

• Proven Experience : Minimum of 5 years in high-end custom home construction, including knowledge of rough construction and a keen eye for quality finishes.
• Vendor & Trade Scheduling : Ability to manage and schedule vendors efficiently.
• City Code Knowledge : Working knowledge of local building codes and inspection processes.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to catch issues early and ensure high-quality craftsmanship.

Operational Oversight

• Timeline Management : Ability to keep projects on schedule and proactively address delays.
• Reporting & Documentation : Ability to document progress, maintain logs, and provide updates on project status.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections at key phases to ensure workmanship meets company standards and design intent.
• Trade Coordination: Direct trade sequencing and on-site coordination to prevent conflicts, rework, or downtime.
• Inspection Readiness: Prepare job sites for municipal inspections and ensure corrections are addressed promptly.
