Countertop Installer Residential & Commercial Stonework

Location: Appleton, WI | Relocation: Welcome

Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20$30/hour (DOE) + Benefits + Company Vehicle

Were hiring a full-time Countertop Installer for a respected, family-owned fabrication and installation company based in Jefferson, WI. For over 30 years, this team has been delivering high-quality custom countertops across the Midwestand now theyre growing. But this position is for their shop located in Appleton, WI .

If you have countertop experienceor skills from related tradesand a willingness to work hard and grow, this is your chance to join a supportive and experienced team that treats you like family.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Install countertops in homes, commercial buildings, and new construction projects
• Follow a scheduled list of daily job sites and ensure all installs meet safety and quality standards
• Drive company-provided trucks to and from worksites (Jefferson-based)
• Interact with general contractors and homeowners to ensure satisfaction with placement, finish, and cleanup
• Use hand tools and measuring devices accurately to align and secure installations

What You Bring:

• At least one year of prior countertop installation or skilled trade experience (e.g., cabinetry, stone, flooring, tile) PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Able to pass a national background check and drug screening
• Comfort lifting heavy materials daily (stone slabs can exceed 100 lbs)
• Flexibility to work at a variety of job sites and travel from Jefferson to surrounding areas

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Pay: $20$30/hour depending on experience. Paid bi-weekly.
• Company Vehicle: Provided for daily transportation to and from jobs
