Job Description

The Crane Operator will s afely operate 100 ton + cranes, lifting wireline pressure control equipment, isolation tools, valves, and other items associated with oil and gas industry.

_*A Day in the Life of a Crane Operator:_*

Safely and efficiently operate crane

• Understand and assist in rigging lifting equipment
• Keep up with day to day maintenance of crane, ensuring crane is kept in clean and proper working order
• Perform thorough inspections of equipment and report any identified issues to onsite supervisor immediately

Additional Job Duties: *

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education:**

• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills and Requirements:**

• 2-3 years related experience
• NCCCO Certification
• Large Boom Telescopic Swing Cab Card
• Must be able to pass physical and drug test and comply with regulations
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, or climb for long periods of time
• Must have a current driver's license
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, standing, and walking on uneven surfaces.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, reaching, sitting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
• Frequent carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work irregular hours
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and all health and safety policies

Work Environment: *Frequent exposure to outdoor elements including wet, humid conditions and extreme heat or cold. Exposure to oils and other materials on location. High noise level.*
