Customer Service Representative Mr. Greens Produce

Mr. Greens Produce is one of the largest privately?owned produce distributors in Texas, delivering 365 days a year, 7 days a week with multiple runs per day. We serve restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated Customer Service Representative with an open schedule. In this position, you will resolve escalated customer issues, work with clients and vendors to resolve concerns, respond to claims, analyze errors, and provide feedback to improve procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders, inquiring about inventory, and delivery times.
• Handle and respond to all customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide excellent customer service and aim to answer questions on the first call.
• Facilitate communication among customers, sales, transportation, and warehouse.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast?paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently while remaining a team player.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience of at least 2 years.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and maintain an open/flexible schedule.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

• Office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
• Long periods seated while operating a keyboard and communicating by telephone.
• Standing/walking as needed on a level surface throughout the day.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 15 pounds.
