Job Description

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support live events, grassroots outreach, and face-to-face marketing campaigns for nonprofit and cause-driven organizations. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, grow your skills, and make a real impact in your community.

What You’ll Do

As a  Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the face of our campaigns—connecting with the public, sharing information, and creating positive experiences at live events. Your role will include:

  • Representing nonprofit and ethical brand campaigns at live events and promotional activations

  • Answering questions and providing clear information about campaigns, services, and community initiatives

  • Assisting with event setup, logistics, registration, and promotional material distribution

  • Collaborating with marketing and outreach teams to ensure smooth event execution

  • Gathering customer feedback, tracking interactions, and suggesting improvements

  • Troubleshooting on-site challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Delivering friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service at every interaction
