Data Entry Specialist

Robert Half is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist who is looking to start their career with us! As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information.

Responsibilities:

• Entering customer and account data from paper and electronic source files into the database.
• Reviewing data to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and that proper procedures were followed.
• Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Responding promptly to company queries.
• Carrying out administrative tasks, such as document file maintenance.
• Attend and complete training sessions to grow knowledge on job functions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office, data programs and administrative skills.
• Fast typing ability; knowledge of touch typing system will be a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting deadlines and goals.
• Professionalism, high level of integrity and a good team player.
