Salary: $22/hour+1% Commission

Position Overview

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Prospect, onboard, and support new and existing dealer accounts
• Develop deep product knowledge to match customers with the right solutions
• Follow up on leads, provide quotes, and close high-value deals
• Maintain and manage pipeline activity in CRM
• Partner with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Travel occasionally to visit dealers or represent Kandi at events/tradeshow

What You Bring

• 23 years of proven sales experience (B2B, inside sales, or dealership sales preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Quick learner with the ability to understand new products, systems, and processes fast
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented you thrive on beating targets
• Organized, detail-focused, and tech-comfortable (CRM experience a plus)
• Ability to travel regionally as needed (valid drivers license required)
• Bonus: Experience in powersports, EVs, or consumer goods industries

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $22/hour
• Commission: 1% of net revenue on personal sales
• Estimated Total Compensation: $45,000$80,000/year (base + commission)
