Position Overview
We’re hiring experienced solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local fleet offering steady freight, reliable pay, and home-daily schedules . This is a great opportunity for drivers who want consistent work, no-touch freight, and excellent support from a dedicated team.
Freight type: All live unload and drop-and-hook, no-touch freight
Average miles: 1,700 per week
Loads per day: 1–3
Average stops: 13 per week
Operations: 24/7 with variable schedules (nights, evenings, early mornings)
Compensation & Pay
Average weekly pay: $1,450
Top weekly pay: $1,581
Average annualized earnings: $75,400
Top annualized earnings: $82,212
Pay structure: Mileage pay + safety and on-time bonus
Mountain driving bonus: Up to $1,000/month (Nov–Mar)
Consistent, dedicated local freight
Schedule & Home Time
Home daily with multiple return trips each week
Occasional overnight runs during surge periods
Flexible scheduling – night, evening, and early morning routes available

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
