Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 24 years of hands-on desktop support or field support experience in a retail or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic familiarity with macOS. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) installation, setup, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with POS systems and retail IT hardware is highly desirable. Knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Ability to support network and local printers in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical issues in simple terms. Strong customer service orientation with proven problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (for hardware moves/installs when required). Willingness to travel occasionally to retail store locations for onsite support. Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A Microsoft MCP/MCSA/Modern Desktop Administrator Associate ITIL Foundation (a plus) Cisco CCNA (preferred for networking exposure)
