The school also delivers the IB curriculum to mainly Emirati students.  If you have experience of the USA Common Core and have worked with non-native students, then send me your CV.

Interviews will be done over Skype and are for an ASAP start. The school may also have roles to commence for the next academic year. You need to be someone that is very sound in their subject knowledge, yet has excellent classroom management skills and is able to adapt to the working culture in the UAE.

Located in an up and coming Emirate Ras Al Khaimah, this school is well facilitated to provide a high calibre of education.

Requirements to Apply

1. Degree in English language or literature
2. A valid state teaching license in English
3. At least 2 years of teaching experience
4. Western trained
5. Experience of the USA Common Core or IB MYP/DP is HIGHLY desirable
6. A good team player
7. Up to date with modern teaching methods

Salary Package

1. Salary range, dependent upon years of experience and qualification: AED 12,100 to 15,675 per month

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Experience:

2 Years

Type of Staff:

Male or Female can apply to this job

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered

Prefer candidates with international experience

Additional:

**Experience of the IB Curriculum is beneficial but not essential as training will be given
**Experience of USA Curriculum such as American Harcourt, AP and Common Core is highly valued
**It will be beneficial to your application if you have experience of working in the Middle East or with non-native speakers of English

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 12,375 up to 15,675  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE

Housing:

Based on application  fully furnished Housing provided

Flights:

Flight(s) provided annual flights for the teacher only

Utility Bills:

500AED per month

Baggage Allowance:

up to 500 USD on actual reciept

Gratuity Amount:
