Job Description

We are looking to bring in a contractor to update data in our existing SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Signavio tools, which are both part of the SAP Integrated Toolchain. These tools are enabling the deployment of S/4 Hana by housing the business processes, requirements and configuration details.

Responsibilities:
- Clean up of processes and documentation in Signavio and SAP CALM
- Create 'how to' documentation for the Process Owners, IT Leads, and System Integrators for using SAP CALM
- Training of Process Owners, IT Leads and System Integrators on how to do this work

Skillsets required:
- Basic experience with SAP CALM and/or Signavio. For 3 resources there can be a mix. The larger amount of work is in SAP CALM.

This is typically a Assignment with significantly more authority and responsibility at this Assignment level. It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.

SAP Business Analysis work focuses on identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure (i.e., an "application system") including: Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through SAP module(s) Researching business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the SAP solutions with business stakeholders Communicating business stakeholder needs to the SAP development team by translating business requirements into SAP module requirements
