What You Will Be Doing Developing and coaching a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality. Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles. Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and academic success. Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching techniques and motivational approaches. What You Won’t Be Doing Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students’ learning through adaptive applications; your responsibility is developing them into outstanding facilitators. Compromising standards – when our success threshold is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation. Conducting monotonous training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning. Basic Requirements Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field. Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives. Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams. Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting. Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement. Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
