Our Internet Sales Team plays a crucial role in providing a seamless, personalized experience for customers as they navigate their vehicle search online. You will connect with potential buyers, answer inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers through various online platforms to understand their vehicle needs and provide effective solutions.
· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of dealership inventory, including new and used vehicles, and current market trends.
· Process customer inquiries efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely responses.
· Build and sustain strong relationships with potential customers to drive sales conversions.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between online leads and showroom activities.
· Assist customers with inquiries regarding financing options, vehicle specifications, and availability.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the BDC team.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
· Previous experience in a dealership BDC department is essential.
· E-commerce experience is a plus.
· Strong understanding of automotive products and market dynamics.
· Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
· Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Advanced computer skills.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
