What You'll Do:
As an Agent Apprentice, you'll be actively involved in various aspects of a Farmers Insurance agency, including:
Learning and understanding a wide range of insurance products (auto, home, life, business, etc.).
Assisting with client outreach, lead generation, and sales activities.
Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing policyholders.
Developing strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
Mastering agency operations, including quoting, policy management, and compliance.
Participating in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
