Job Summary

Clubs supervisors ensure that the clubs department is run smoothly. They communicate with the clubs manager daily on what needed during each shift.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing any clubs team members in clubs during events, helping them with anything they may need
• Giving breaks to all team members that want a break
• Working with the team on setting up buffet tables on time, maintaining them throughout the event, and taking them down
• Communicating with the culinary team in their space each day
• Communicating with the clubs manager on any product needs for club spaces
• Everything is left clean, dated, organized, and locked as neededTurning in all paperwork and recaps to clubs manager at the end of the night
