This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will engage with clients in German, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products and services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to automotive services, including vehicle specifications, maintenance, and purchasing options via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide detailed information about vehicles, warranty coverage, and service appointments. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and handling of complaints or issues. Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive outcome and customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective record-keeping. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide the best solutions to customer queries. Stay updated on automotive trends and product offerings to provide accurate and current information. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek and/or English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Able to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
