As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure they receive knowledgeable support in German. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide information on account management, investment options, and financial regulations. Assist customers with transaction processing, problem resolution, and account updates. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow‑up. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
