About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Sustainability Performance and Reporting to play a pivotal role in driving sustainability data strategies and leading the adherence to various reporting frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing performance monitoring plans, leading the implementation of ESG data management processes, and aligning global sustainability KPIs. This role requires a senior expert with a deep understanding of financial or ESG reporting, familiarity with frameworks such as TCFD, CSRD, and TNFD, and a proven ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders. The Head of Sustainability Performance and Reporting will also be instrumental in shaping the company's sustainability impact through innovative IT solutions, rigorous performance analysis, and leadership in sustainability reporting.
