(Yes, that means Hair Salon Coordinator—but doesn’t “Overlord” sound way cooler?)

About Us:
At Hair Junkie Salon , we’ve spent the last 12 years building a buzzing, high-performance salon with a reputation for excellence, integrity, and jaw-dropping hair. We’re owned and operated by premier stylists with a whopping 80 years of combined experience —and we fiercely advocate for the rights and respect of beauty professionals.

Our amazing coordinator has been with us since Day One. He kept our salon running smoother than a fresh keratin treatment—but he’s now relocating (how dare he?). So now, we need you .

We’re fully booked, our waitlist is longer than your ex’s apology text, and we’re not looking for “just anyone.” We need someone sharp, organized, personable, and ready to keep this machine humming.

Position: Salon Coordinator

(a.k.a. Operations Opulence Overlord)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Masterfully managing appointment scheduling and client flow
  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients—warm, welcoming, and always professional
  • Keeping things running like clockwork behind the scenes
  • Supporting our stylists and leadership team with grace and good humor
  • Maintaining and enforcing safety and sanitation protocols
  • Juggling tasks like a seasoned pro without ever breaking a sweat

You Are:

  • Punctual, polished, and proactive
  • A great communicator with strong people skills
  • Calm under pressure (even when three clients walk in early)
  • Tech-comfortable (we use salon software and digital booking systems)
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused
  • Experienced in salon, hospitality, or customer service roles—OR just naturally gifted with great energy and a willingness to learn

We don’t require tons of experience. We’ll train you thoroughly on our service protocols. What we value most is a positive attitude, reliability, and your ability to adapt and thrive.
