Injection Molding Machine Operator Jacksonville, FL Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM $19–$25/hour (based on experience) Enjoy 3-day weekends! Long-term opportunity with room for advancement Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team! Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure consistent product quality. Perform machine set-ups and changeovers efficiently and accurately. Change out molds as needed based on production requirements. Conduct basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous experience operating injection molding machines preferred. Ability to perform mechanical tasks such as mold changes and basic maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to work evening shifts (Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM). Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
