Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activity
Stay current on industry regulations and insurance product offerings
Manage policy renewals and maintain ongoing client relationships
Implement local marketing efforts, including phone outreach, mailers, and social media
Oversee administrative tasks, including budgeting and recruiting

Qualifications:

Experience with developing marketing and sales plans is required
