Your Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance
- Provide help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
Health & Safety Support
- Give medication reminders as directed.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or community activities.
- Observe, record, and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
Professional Excellence
- Maintain confidentiality and dignity for all clients.
- Deliver care that aligns with our mission: Compassion in Every HeartBEAT.
- Uphold state standards and Wrapped N Love policies at all times.
What You Bring:
Valid New Jersey CHHA Certification required by law to provide hands-on care.
Completion of NJ state-approved training program :
- 60 hours of classroom instruction
- 16 hours supervised clinical practice
Criminal background check clearance (mandatory for certification).
High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
Strong communication, reliability, and compassion.
Physical ability to safely perform transfers and caregiving duties.
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, not required).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred for client travel).

Schedule & Compensation:
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
- Shifts Available: Mornings, nights, overnights, and short 13 hour visits
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
