As Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting scalable backend systems, driving the delivery of critical features, and mentoring fellow engineers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

\n Required Skills & Experience \n

• 6+ years in a professional software engineering environment
• Strong background in backend systems, REST APIs, and microservices
• Proficiency with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Excellent understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization
• Experience debugging across multiple codebases
• Proven leadership in mentoring and guiding other engineers\n

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relational databases (Postgres)
• Messaging frameworks (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS)
• Websockets (Stomp, etc.)
• Cloud hosting experience (AWS or GCP)
• Startup mindset — adaptable, curious, and eager to wear many hats\n
