We are looking for a Leisure Travel Planner to assist clients with planning relaxing and enjoyable vacations from home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing details, communicating with people, and helping travelers have smooth and well-planned getaways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk with clients to understand their travel style and interests
• Assist in preparing leisure trip ideas and itinerary outlines
• Support coordination of hotels, transportation, and activities
• Provide updates, answers, and helpful information to clients
• Communicate with travel providers when needed
• Deliver confirmations, itineraries, and travel information
• Ensure accuracy and organization of trip details

Qualifications:

• Customer service or hospitality experience helpful, not required
• Friendly communication skills
• Organized and able to handle multiple plans at once
• Comfortable using online tools and email
• Can work independently in a remote setting
• Interest in travel and vacation planning
• Bilingual skills optional
