Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

  • Provide needs-based presentations that give value and meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Meet and network with business owners to present and convert products around their business needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Work off-site once fully trained and licensed
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to attain)
  • Life and Health license (MUST HAVE CURRENTLY)
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
