Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor
Location: 58 South River Drive, Tempe, AZ 85281
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of residential mortgage loan processing experience
• Proven track record in quality loan production while managing a large client base
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet loan closing deadlines
• Superior customer service orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and problem solve proactively
Responsibilities:
• Complete the order services process including requesting, reviewing, and verifying loan documentation (title, insurance, etc.)
• Clear loan processing conditions in the loan operating system, including insurance, collateral, disclosure, and title-related items
• Review title and insurance documents to ensure compliance with Morgan Stanley guidelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external partners regarding documentation and timelines
• Monitor personal loan pipeline and coordinate with Mortgage Specialists and internal teams to ensure timely processing
• Track loan progress through to closing, ensuring all documentation remains valid and up to date
• Take initiative to solve problems creatively and deliver high-quality work independently
