Job Overview Senior Network Engineer | Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at General Dynamics Information Technology. Responsibilities Test and analyze all elements of network facilities. Monitor and control performance and status of network resources across multiple enclaves. Identify and diagnose problems affecting network performance. Analyze network performance, usage, traffic flows, access, and interfaces. Provide technical planning and analysis for communications activities, design, integrate, install, troubleshoot, repair, test, monitor, report, document, work with vendors, and perform preventative maintenance services. Perform testing, provisioning, operations, and emergency response for ongoing network operations. Oversee deployment of upgrades to existing data, video, and related systems in a multi-location environment. Ensure all required operational and support documents are current. Maintain current understanding of emerging technologies, trends in cloud service, storage solutions, and data center technologies. Qualifications Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Experience: 8+ years of network engineering and administration. Certifications: CompTIA Security+ CE and CCNA. Education: BS Degree or 4 years of work experience in lieu of degree. Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Quantico, VA + 2 days remote.
