Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

What You'll Do:

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll support children with a variety of needs- medically complex, developmental, behavioral, and more- helping them grow in independence, skill, and confidence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop individualized therapy plans to enhance physical, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning
• Provide direct therapy in both clinic and in-home settings
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on use
• Maintain clear, timely documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
• Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support each child's success
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of experts

What You Bring:

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active North Dakota OT license (or eligible by start date)
• A true passion for working with children and families
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are strongly encouraged to apply - we'll support your growth!
