Busy, high quality package printing company in VA is expanding operations. They are hiring experienced Lead Offset Press Operator for 12 hour day and night shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Read and interpret job instructions.
• Make ready 40" press for job runs to meet specifications, and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the job.
• Inspect quality throughout the run.
• Press maintenance.
• Assist with client press okays.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 5 -7 years' experience operating multi-unit 40" sheetfed offset presses; KBA exp. a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Experience using Continuous Improvement Methods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team building skills.
• UV experience a plus.
• PC proficient (basic skills).
• Able to work 12 hour shift.
