About the Role:
Join our passionate team at Ellie Mental Health as a Part Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Clifton Park, NY. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals while working in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Facilitate community outreach and educational workshops as needed.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and achieving personal goals.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid and active state licensure (LMHC or LMFT).
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Commitment to cultural competency and diversity in practice.
