Position Title: Plastics Injection Operator

Wage: $18.00/hour

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am (Monday – Thursday)

QPS Employment Group is hiring for a company in Victor seeking a dedicated Plastic Injection Molding Operator. You’ll run plastic injection presses, package lightweight plastic products, inspect for quality, and prepare items for shipment. This role offers steady hours, hands-on work, and long weekends. Plastics Injection Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate plastic injection molding machines, load materials, and monitor production quality
- Trim excess plastic from parts using a utility knife
- Package finished products according to customer specifications
- Label boxes for shipment
- Assemble lids using small hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements for Plastics Injection Operator:
- Able to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
- Able to lift up to 5 lbs frequently (up to 10x/hour) and up to 40 lbs occasionally (up to 2x/hour)
- Able to work in non-climate-controlled environment (up to 100°F in summer)
- Able to bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive hand/eye movements with small parts
