Powertrain Call Center Agent

Kelly Services in partnership with Nissan is currently seeking an experienced mechanic skilled in powertrain to work in their Powertrain Call Center validating and authorizing the technician's diagnosis.

$24/hour, $25 for Master ASE Certificate

Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CST availability required. Occasional Saturday required: Time and a half compensation.

In this position, you will:

• Protect the Nissan/Infiniti ownership experience by validating the technician's diagnosis.
• Serve dealership personnel as they navigate Nissan/Infiniti policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, emails, chat, etc.
• Must have strong communication skills and the confidence to stand by your decisions.
• Provide claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers.
• Adjudicate warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment.
• Utilize resources like Technical Service Bulletins, Electronic Service Manuals, and Campaign publications.

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of the maintenance and repair of vehicles; well-versed in use of technical service manuals and tools.
• Three or more years of "hands on" automotive repair experience. Dealership experience is a plus.
• ASE Master preferred, must have A1, A2, and A6.
• Computer Skills: Ability to work with multiple computer screens. Typing speed of 30 wpm or better.
