What this role is all about: We are looking for a Production Trainer in Jerome, ID. The Production Trainer is trained to effectively and safely carry out the duties/tasks of each position within production. This position will conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.
- Conduct all hands-on and classroom training for new hires and make ups.
- Oversee and manage training checklists for employee being trained.
- Learn to carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assisting in the production process and learning various tasks.
- Assist with document control.
- Data entry.
- Fully trained in all departments.
What you need: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Previous work experience in a food safety/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Training experience preferred.
Where you'll be working: Our Jerome, ID, plant is home to approximately 400 employees and processes approximately 7 million pounds of milk per day. This facility produces various types of cheeses, such as; mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, muenster, parmesan, romano, Monterey jack, gouda, and asiago. They also run various whey streams, such as; deproteinized whey, sweet dairy whey, GMP, permeate, instantized, and our top-rated BiPro products.
