McCarthy Tire Service Job Description JOB TITLE: Road Service Tire Technician JOB TYPE: Full Time JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform service (mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires) and repair work for customers as directed by Service Manager (both inside and mobile) Drive to customer locations or provide roadside service for inspections and tire repair. Responsible for safe operation of company vehicles including compliance with speed and traffic regulations. Participates in training, follows safety procedures, job duties and company policies. On call and night service as scheduled. Any other duties as assigned. OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School Degree or GED. REQUIREMENTS Minimum age of 18. Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Experience with heavy duty and commercial tires, particularly tire mounting and dismounting.
