Job Description

UAT Lead + [SAP SD + SAP MM functional testing experience]

Experience working in S4 Hana migration project is added advantage

SAP SD, Logistics experience with 4-5 years of team lead/ Manager. Max experience 16 years.

SAP UAT Lead:

SAP UAT (management)lead who will interact with client teams to guide them in SAP Testing process. To set the testing processes and making sure team adhere to the process standards. Govern, monitor and report the project stat progress.

· Strong Exp in SAP

· Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.

· Strong experience identifying test cases, writing test cases and performing manual testing

· Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies

· Retail or Online Store background

· Good team and people skills

· Excellent oral/written communication skills

· Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions

· Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

· Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.

· Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.

· Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Mandatory skills* SAP Testing experience and good overall SAP

• Exceptional project management skills, PMP certification Preferred.

• Experience in all phases of project management and delivery, including UAT and implementation

• Knowledge of core Client submissions / processing capabilities and architecture preferred

• Experience working with Client Technologies and Business partners

• Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills

• Strong results orientation with the ability to effectively assess and manage risks, issues, budgets, timelines and scope

• Ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs and / or timelines without adding unacceptable risks to quality

• Working knowledge of Quality Center and experience leading UAT activities

• Experience in creation of training materials and delivery of training preferred
