You'll build strong relationships with both candidates and clients, understand their unique needs, and make those perfect placements happen. Responsibilities Driving Sales and Achieving Placement Targets: directly responsible for hitting sales goals by successfully placing skilled trades professionals with client companies. Owning the Full Placement Cycle: identify candidates to finalizing offers, managing the entire process with a focus on efficient placements. Building Client Trust and Delivering Results: understand client needs and consistently deliver high-quality talent that meets requirements. Proactively Developing a Strong Talent Pipeline: build and maintain a network of skilled candidates to fill current and future openings. Monitoring and Improving Performance: track key metrics like time-to-fill and client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and maximize placement success. Qualifications At least 3 years of successful manufacturing staffing sales or selling solutions into manufacturing companies. Experience meeting personal gross profit targets through new client acquisition and repeat placements while negotiating placement fees. History of using activity targets to deliver results and steer performance. Proven track record qualifying, managing, and maintaining a database of clients and candidates.
