Requirements: 🎓
✅ BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
✅ 5+ years designing solar PV and energy storage systems
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVSyst
✅ Experience with DC/AC coupled systems and energy storage
✅ Knowledge of NEC 690/705/706 and IEEE 1547 standards
✅ Familiarity with utility interconnection processes
✅ Strong documentation and communication skills
✅ EIT or NABCEP certification a plus
