Schedule: Full-time and or Part-time

Are you passionate about working with children and eager to make a meaningful impact each day? My Kids Childcare (MKC) is looking for a Teacher Floater to join our team! This is a rewarding entry-level position where youll support classrooms in need and gain hands-on experience in early childhood education.

What Youll Do:

As a Teacher Floater, youll step in where support is needed most, which means every day brings something new! Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting teachers during planning periods, breaks, or appointments.
• Helping children with daily routines like handwashing, restroom use, or diapering (depending on the age group).
• Supporting hands-on activities such as crafts, storytime, or guided play.
• Preparing and cleaning classrooms before and after meals.
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for our young learners.
