We’re looking for an experienced Trade Compliance & Freight Manager to lead global compliance and freight operations. This is a high-impact role ensuring adherence to international trade laws while optimizing efficiency, cost savings, and service quality across logistics networks.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Develop and oversee trade compliance policies & procedures (U.S. & international regulations: EAR, ITAR, OFAC, Customs, HTS/ECCN, FTZ)
✔️ Lead freight strategy across ocean, air, parcel, and ground transportation
✔️ Manage carriers, forwarders, customs brokers, contracts, and audits
✔️ Drive KPIs, compliance monitoring, and process improvements
✔️ Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce costs, improve transit times, and strengthen compliance culture
What We’re Looking For:
🎯 Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, or related
🎯 5+ years in trade compliance & freight/logistics leadership
🎯 Strong knowledge of U.S. customs, HTS/ECCN classification, and FTZ operations
🎯 Experience managing global freight contracts & carrier relationships
🎯 Professional certifications (CCS, CES, LCB, CTPAT) preferred
