\n\t - Location: Philadelphia, PA 19107 – Prime location for Pennsylvania healthcare jobs with access to public transportation, dining, and cultural attractions.

\n\t - Local Pay Rate: $48/hour

\n\nEMG Technologist Qualifications\n\n
\n\t - Minimum 1 year of experience as an EMG Technologist, Neurodiagnostic Technologist, or related clinical support role required
\n\t - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with physicians, healthcare administrators, and multidisciplinary staff
\n\t - Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a hospital environment
\n\t - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\t - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and electronic health records (EHR)
\n\t - Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, patient history, and EMG procedures
\n
\n\nEMG Technologist Responsibilities\n\n
\n\t - Perform nerve conduction studies and assist physicians with needle EMG examinations in both laboratory and bedside settings
\n\t - Assemble, disassemble, and maintain EMG equipment for each patient case, ensuring optimal function and cleanliness
\n\t - Demonstrate expertise in electrode placement and operation of neurodiagnostic equipment
\n\t - Record, interpret, and differentiate between normal and abnormal responses during EMG testing
\n\t - Accurately enter data into electronic health records and support hospital billing processes
\n\t - Compile monthly statistics and contribute to departmental reporting and quality improvement
\n\t - Teach and precept co-workers and students in neurodiagnostic technology as needed
